Norautron Suzhou has been awarded PCBA smart workshop. This is an incentive program driven by Suzhou Government .The main purpose is to encourage enterprises to be digitalized smart factory using advanced technics to realize production automation and office automation, increase working efficiency and quality performance in IoT platform
Norautron had set up the global long term strategy plan of Smart factory roadmap, and use ERP, MES as IoT foundation to connect data/information flow, real time analyze and monitor the whole manufacturing process with full traceability from good receiving by Unique ID.
In the past 3 years, we had invested 25MRMB to transform our workshop. Now we have set up 3 fully automated SMT lines,105 equipment ,1 robot/etc. linked with MES system for data connection/transfer. Based on these innovation/transformation, we improved our efficiency significantly with less operators.
