Øyvind_Sedivy

Chairman of the board

CEO of Norautron AS
Mr.Sedivy, originally a Ship Electrical Engineer was employed as CSO of Norautron before he came to be the CEO of the Norautron Group in 2007. He is a member and/or the Chairman of several Boards. Mr.Sedivy joined Norautron in 1991 and is a Norwegian citizen.

Geir Henriksen

EVP Operations

Mr.Henriksen has extensive process, LEAN and manufacturing experience from the EMs. industry. His international management experience spans over the US, China, Slovakia as well as Norway. Today Mr.Henriksen is a member of various Boards. He joined Norautron in 2017 and is a Norwegian citizen.

Roar Fallet

CFO

Mr.Fallet has a background from various Controller and CFO positions before he joined Norautron and is today a member of various Boards. He joined Norautron in 1999 and is a Norwegian citizen.

Hans Christian L. Holen

Board of Directors

Mr. Holen has extensive international work experience from Europe and the US as well as Asia after making China his home back in 2007. He has held several Senior and Executive management roles in European Companies in China including various Board positions. Mr. Holen holds a Masters Degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in mechanical engineering. He joined Norautron in 2019 and is a Norwegian citizen.

Hans Christian L. Holen

Managing Director

Mr. Holen has extensive international work experience from Europe and the US as well as Asia after making China his home back in 2007. He has held several Senior and Executive management roles in European Companies in China including various Board positions. Mr. Holen holds a Masters Degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in mechanical engineering. He joined Norautron in 2019 and is a Norwegian citizen.  

Judy Zhou

Finance & ADM Director

Ms. Zhou holds a Master degree in Accounting from Ghent University in Belgium and Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. She is ACCA (Association of Charted Certified Accountant) affiliate and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) member, with  extensive experience in Finance, Admin and HR. Ms. Zhou joined Norautron as one of the first employees at Company establishment in 2005.

Jenny Jiang

Operation Director

Ms. Jiang holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Tongji University.Her experience spans over manufacturing, project management, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain as well as key account management. Ms. Jiang graduated in Tongji University and has spent most of her career in foreign invested companies. She joined Norautron in 2008.

Lancelot Fan

Supply Chain Director

Mr. Fan holds a bachelor’s degree from Harbin Engineering University. He has a robust background within sourcing, purchasing, logistics and warehousing along with an extensive knowledge of the electronics component market. He has deep understanding of market trendy on EMS components and good relationship with original manufacturers. Mr. Fan joined Norautron in 2007.

Glyn Liu

Quality Director

Ms. Liu holds a Bachelor degree from Soochow University. Her broad experience from various EMs. manufacturers has provided her with strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality systeMs., continuous improvements inclusive of Customer communication and Supplier management. Ms. Liu joined Norautron in 2012.

Kenny Liu

Business Director

Mr. Liu has a Masters degree of Electro-mechanical engineering in Soochow University. Being employed at different international EMs. companies in addition to traveling the world has given Mr. Liu broad international experience. His background covers quality and project management paired with comprehensive sales, marketing and business development knowledge. Mr. Liu joined Norautron in 2006.
