Martin Zachrisson

Board

Mr. Martin Zachrisson holds a master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and has a longstanding career in Aeronautical Engineering and Engineering Services. Years of senior management positions in foreign enterprises in Europe and China have endowed him with rich management experience and demonstrated his excellent leadership skills and strategic vision. Mr. Martin Zachrisson joined Norautron in 2025.

Judy Zhou

Finance & ADM Director

Ms. Zhou holds a Master degree in Accounting from Ghent University in Belgium and Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. She is ACCA (Association of Charted Certified Accountant) affiliate and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) member, with  extensive experience in Finance, Admin and HR. Ms. Zhou joined Norautron as one of the first employees at Company establishment in 2005.

Jenny Jiang

Operation Director

Ms. Jiang holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Tongji University.Her experience spans over manufacturing, project management, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain as well as key account management. Ms. Jiang graduated in Tongji University and has spent most of her career in foreign invested companies. She joined Norautron in 2008.

Lancelot Fan

Supply Chain Director

Mr. Fan holds a bachelor’s degree from Harbin Engineering University. He has a robust background within sourcing, purchasing, logistics and warehousing along with an extensive knowledge of the electronics component market. He has deep understanding of market trendy on EMS components and good relationship with original manufacturers. Mr. Fan joined Norautron in 2007.

Glyn Liu

Quality Director

Ms. Liu holds a Bachelor degree from Soochow University. Her broad experience from various EMs. manufacturers has provided her with strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality systeMs., continuous improvements inclusive of Customer communication and Supplier management. Ms. Liu joined Norautron in 2012.

Kenny Liu

Business Director

Mr. Liu has a Masters degree of Electro-mechanical engineering in Soochow University. Being employed at different international EMs. companies in addition to traveling the world has given Mr. Liu broad international experience. His background covers quality and project management paired with comprehensive sales, marketing and business development knowledge. Mr. Liu joined Norautron in 2006.
